Nancy Stein
Nancy has been a Speech/Language Pathologist for over 30 years. She received her Bachelors and Masters degrees from City University of New York: Queens College. She specializes in working with children who have the following issues: behavioral issues, autistic spectrum disorder, pragmatic and social issues, articulation and phonological disorders, apraxia, receptive/expressive language disorders and medically fragile children.
She has significant experience working with toddlers, preschoolers and school age children, up to the age of 21. Nancy is a Clinical Fellow supervisor and has taught as an adjunct instructor in several New York Graduate programs. She has provided speech/language therapy in school settings, in private homes, and in diverse clinical settings. She is PROMPT Level I trained.
In addition to being a member of the American Speech/Language/Hearing Association, Nancy is a member of the New York State Speech/Language Hearing Association and the Long Island Speech/Language Hearing Association. She is licensed as a Speech/language Pathologist and as a Teacher of the Speech/Language Handicapped by the State of New York.
Nancy truly loves what she does and brings positive energy to all of her therapy sessions.
